Bush vs. Civil rights

In a post November 2nd world, we will learn that George Bush has a poor record on civil rights. It's probably something most of us had figured out already.

While the report won't officially be released until after the election, it is available online. It does praise him for knowing and employing a lot of ethnically diverse people, all the while condemning him for his leadership failures on any pressing issues that would benefit them. That's what friends are for.
