Arnold shows restraint

The fact that Arnold had the idea for 15 more ballot initiatives for this fall's wasteful and costly special elections shows he is truly a main of restraint and political savvy.

Imagine how much lower his numbers would have dropped had he pushed more than the four disasters he's pushing now.
