“This administration is populated by people who’ve spent their careers bashing government. They’re not just small-government conservatives—they’re Grover Norquist, strangle-it-in-the-bathtub conservatives. It’s a cognitive disconnect for them to be able to do something well in an arena that they have so derided and reviled all these years.”

Remembering 9/11

It's hard to think of words that will adequately remember what happen on Sept 11, 2001. I remember sitting on the couch and watching the tragedy unfold, wondering if the many people I knew residing there were still alive. They were all okay, but there were many more who were not as lucky. And hearts and prayers go out to all of them.

On a side note, only 1/4 of the country think things have changed for the better since 9/11, while over 1/2 think things have changed for the worse. Any ideas on what has caused such a tremendous shift?
