Waiting by the mailbox

Doesn't it seem like a bad idea to seize medicine coming in from Canada without notifying the people who purchased it? All disputes about importing drugs from Canada aside, it would seem that taking grandma's inhaler or grandpa's cholestoral pills without telling them could have some serious medical reprecussions.

But that's just me.
