“This administration is populated by people who’ve spent their careers bashing government. They’re not just small-government conservatives—they’re Grover Norquist, strangle-it-in-the-bathtub conservatives. It’s a cognitive disconnect for them to be able to do something well in an arena that they have so derided and reviled all these years.”

So much for bipartisanship

I'm not sure characterizing your political opponents as "evil" is the best way to get things done. But Arnold's never been held accountable before for his over the top rehtoric, so why start now?

And this contrast is most amusing. From one story:
"We're going to say this reform is going to happen because now we have a governor who represents the people's interests instead of special interests."

From another (my emphesis):
"They can go ahead and do whatever they want. The train has left the station," the governor said adding he would raise $50 million to carry out his campaign.
