Hypocracy rears its ugly head once again
From an AP article about the roll out of a Democratic truth sqaud to keep Bush honest:
Jim Dyke, a spokesman for the Republican National Committee, dismissed the Democratic [truth squad] effort, arguing that Kerry has been inconsistent on Iraq and intelligence issues and the squad's "mission has everything to do with politics and nothing to do with the truth."
Like your RNC "truth squads" aren't steeped in the the same tradition, Jim.
Look, we all know that these "truth squads" are there only to push their side of the debate, but for one wing engaging in the practice to complain about the other side doing it is simply ridiculous.
How long until we see "truth squads" to examine the claims aof the other sides "truth squads," anyway. And how many more times can I type "truth squad?"
