A suggestion for Arnold's RNC speech

A bond measure that would provide funding for stem cell research is on the ballot this fall in California. Arnold has yet to come out with his stance on the measure. If he supports it, then it could drive California into debt and that goes against he love of fiscal responsibility. If he is against it, it goes against his belief in stem cell research.

I would like to suggest that he could give his no doubt prime time speech on either or both of these issues at the Republican National Convention.
