Those military reviews going on in Guantanamo? Mostly dog and pony show:
United States military panels reviewing the cases of hundreds of terror suspects will likely not recommend freedom for a significant number because each case already has been examined repeatedly, the US Navy secretary said today.
The three-member review tribunals may reverse assessments that some detainees are "enemy combatants", but probably will not do so on a large scale, Navy Secretary Gordon England said after observing a hearing.
"I wouldn't expect a significant number because there's been, to my knowledge, eight prior reviews," England said.
