Who needs a title

Me? I would take a statement like this as a sign that Tom DeLay is a little drunk with the power, and is willing to over look silly things like rules and standards.

I'm interested to hear other's takes on this from recently indicted Tom DeLay:

Asked whether he would return to the GOP leadership, DeLay said, "Well, I hope so. I can do my job with or without the title. That doesn't concern me."

I'm not sure a lot of things do concern Tom DeLay. That's why he's in the mess he's in.
