Rumsfeld assuages the fears of our troops
Donald Rumsfeld proved today that his use of fear is not just for the campaign trail. When asked, "Why do we soldiers have to dig through local landfills for pieces of scrap metal and compromised ballistic glass to uparmor our vehicles?" prompting a big cheer from the approximately 2,300 soldiers who had assembled, Rumsfeld responded by telling them, "You can have all the armor in the world on a tank and it can (still) be blown up."
