60 Minutes II
So I lose another post to a dropped internet connection.
Look, here's the deal. Those documents from CBS may or may not be fake. There are arguments on both side. Here is the latest round to refute the right's claim that those documents could not have been done in the 1970's.
The word is out that Bush shirked his duties again. If the documents are fake, it doesn't really help to refute that claim at all. Remember the Boston Globe story about his prolonged absences came out days before this news broke. If you really think that the election rests on Bush's Air National Guard service records, I'd head there. And don't forget Barnes is a walking document as to how Bush got into the guard.
Sorry if this is scattered. I'm in a hurry to get things done and I have to go to work soon. I'm sure by the time I get home we will have learned that Karl Rove released the documents himself to try and screw the liberal media. But that's style a news cycle away.
